INTRODUCTION
The Level 1 Award in Modern Home Maintenance is an introductory course designed for adults aged 18-65 with no prior experience. it provides practical skills and essential knowledge for maintaining a modern home safely and efficiently. Over five one-day modules, learners gain hands-on experience in plumbing, electrics, home repair, tool use, and sustainability.
