The aim of this qualification is to contribute to the skills, knowledge and overall performance of Retail Skills Management. It provides an insight into the principles and processes of Retail Skills (Management) and will aid career development. This qualification will allow candidates to apply knowledge, understanding and skills to a level recognised by employers, thus proving competency in their job role. This qualification has been designed for department, section and team leaders, specialist sales advisors, owners/managers.
